so lately my wrists have been hurting so i went to the nurse
she asked me if i have a rash and i do on my legs so she said i might have lime disease
the other day my knee started hurting really bad randomly when i was in the store
lately my elbows have been sensetive like if i bang them it feels like im getting a shock
do u think i have lime disease?
if not what do u think is wrong?
should i go to the doctors?
by the way im 12 if that has anything to do with it
If you even think you may have Lyme disease, please tell your parents and go to the doc. They can test you and get treatment if needed. Please do this, it can cause more health problems later on if you let it linger. BTW, I hope you are just having growing pains! Good luck, please see the doc!
My fiance and I went hiking today in the mountains and when we got home we pulled off several sea ticks (deer ticks). When I say several he had 100 at least and I had about forty. I know to watch for a target rash and that it is crucial to them off as soon as possible, which we already did, at least all that we could find on one another. My question is simply that I was wondering how likely it would be for either of us to contract Lime disease? I was mainly worried because there were so many ticks. I don’t know the percentage that carry the disease but I do know that there have been a few cases this year in my county. Anyone with knowledge in this area please respond. Thank You.
I know how worried you are.
I’ve retrieved the information for you from the Center for Disease Control.
This [info] will be far superior and reliable than some other "unknown" source site.

My cousin…shes 14 is in a lot (A LOT) of pain and the doctors think it may be lime disease. I know NOTHING about lime disease but from what I hear it’s not curable. Is this true? You know anyone with this disease or do you have it? What can you tell me about it? Im scared for her
She’s so smart and is going places in life. She’s got HUGE dreams of owning her own dance company…she loves to dance….Her legs and pelvis are what hurts her and her shoulder….I was sick when I found out that she may have this incurable disease. Help.
lyme…whatever! you know what I meant!
I recently was tested for lyme disease too. I have not gotten the results yet. U get it from a tick. If disease is in its early stages its curable with antibiotics. If its a later stage it can still be treated with antibiotics but will probably still have the disease. Lyme disease can cause neurological and joint problems as I have. I also have white spots in brain that showed on an MRI and a disease called Pseudotumor cerebri. That’s why I am now being tested for Lyme disease. I know Lyme disease can cause pain, weakness, fatigue, nausea, and many other symptoms. People can have prolonged arthritis cause of Lyme’s. I hope this all helps.
I was diagnosed as Fibromyalgia, Lupus, MS, Meniere’s, RA, TMJ, IBS…and found out I would also be diagnosed as advanced Alzheimer’s, BiPolar, Autism, Epilepsy, Morgellons…
I am heading towards recovery with my hypothesis of “Lyme bacteria have been symbiotic with the other pathogens – virus, parasites, …etc. and the symptoms of autoimmune diseases have been showing up upon “forming” the symbiotic relationships. These symptoms of Autoimmune diseases will show up again upon the “dissolving” of the symbiotic relationships…
